These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Atacaman website and any digital breathwork course or related digital content purchased from Atacaman.

2. Digital content

Atacaman provides digital content, including guided breathwork audio and video materials. Content is delivered electronically and no physical products are shipped.

3. Personal-use licence

When you purchase access to Atacaman course content, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal purposes.

You must not share your access with other people, reproduce the course for distribution, resell the course content, or make the course materials available to the public without written permission from Atacaman.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Changes to these terms

Atacaman may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website will apply to future use of the website and purchases, subject to applicable law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
